As we are a small business, we don’t accept returns on opened or used products, sale or clearance items or items made for you (personal remedies, custom self-care kits). We will gladly accept returns on items that are brand new, in original packaging, without any visual (original) packaging damage, and has been 30 days or less from the purchase date. You will need to contact us ahead of time to receive a return ID number. You will also be responsible for the return shipping. We will refund or credit your account for the original purchase amount, minus any shipping costs that you, the customer, or Self Care Continuum incurred during the original sale. If the product upon return was not properly packaged and therefore was damaged in some way (original packaging or product itself even), then the product will be evaluated on its resale possibility and based on that a percentage of the original cost will be refunded (still excluding the shipping costs). If when Self Care Continuum ships you an order, and it is somehow damaged along the way, please contact us and provide us with a photo. We will gladly replace that item for you at no cost to you.
